Brexit Customs Information

Since the end of the Brexit transition period on 1st January 2021, imports to the EU from the UK are no longer tax free until such point as a further free trade deal is reached.

Import and customs taxes and fees are set and charged by the government in the country of receipt and are completely out of our control. We do not see this money or benefit from it in any way.

Not all deliveries will attract customs charges and they seem to be randomly selected by customs agencies in different EU countries. Some countries have tax free amounts, so we advise checking government guidance in your own country to see if there is a tax-free order value, and then breaking down purchases in to order of these amounts.

Orders returned to us due to failure to pay import duties will be refunded minus the cost of shipping and any associated charges.

From 1st July 2021 it is expected these charges will be clearer and included in the sale price of items on the website.
