Delivery Information

Zero Negativity Ltd ships all orders in plastic-free packaging. The vast majority of our orders are posted via Royal Mail. All international orders are sent via a tracked service unless Royal Mail do not offer this service in your country. We advise using a service called 17Track to track your order abroad, as this gathers information from both Royal Mail and the local courier used for delivery to your address, and can be translated in to your local language. You can use the tracking reference number including in your dispatch email.

Orders are shipped within 2-3 working days of order.

You will receive a tracking number in your dispatch email. If you chose an untracked service at checkout (UK only) this number will be replaced by an internal reference that will only update when Royal Mail have attempted to deliver your item.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and are based on the weight of your order and your location.

Some items on our sites are pre-orders, meaning you are purchasing the item before we have it in stock. Each individual pre-order product page will contain details of when it is expected to ship.

Deliveries in the UK generally take 2-3 working days from dispatch, 3-5 working days to Europe, and 10-14 days for the rest of the world. Once items have left us we cannot be held responsible for delays in the postal network, particularly given the impact of both coronavirus and Brexit on postal networks and customs processes across the globe.

Under new regulations, we cannot claim parcels as lost until 15 working days AFTER your expected delivery date to allow for delays at customs and Covid restrictions.

It is the customers responsibility to enter the correct shipping address - if items are returned to us by Royal Mail with incorrect addresses, we retain the right to charge a second lot of P&P to re-post the order. Items that go missing due to the customer entering an incorrect address will not be refunded.

If any customs/import duties are due in the country of receipt, these are the responsibility of the customer. Items returned as a result of unpaid customs charges will be refunded minus the costs of P&P and any associated charges.
